American Taxi
American Taxi has flat fees from the airports to the Westin (O'Hare: $33, Midway: $40). For any taxi service at the airports, you'll have to pre-order a pickup for your arrival time. They'll also do other destinations, as long as you either start or end in a suburb.

Just make sure that it's a suburban taxi company, otherwise you'll pay hefty fees to leave city limits!
